International climate change conferences have stalled, and the time to 'act locally' is now. Developing initiatives to lessen climate change's potentially disastrous effects means working with individuals across the environmental spectrum. Indeed, community leaders and citizens must work together to create and sustain the local 'green' scene. However, what that 'scene' should look like and who should be involved remains hotly debated.
Join us for what will surely be a stimulating and engaging discussion as we deliberate local responses to the global climate change crisis.
In this session, we will focus on addressing the following questions, tapping into the knowledge, experiences, and interactions of five panelists from diverse backgrounds:

will field questions from the audience. While questions asked during the event will receive highest
